We appreciated staff and facilities, no complains at all. Free Wi-Fi was useful. You can eat at Restaurant Schlosberg, which is set 500 feet away from the property. So close to the airport, 19 miles.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy hotel and enjoyed the first-class facilities and setting. the location was perfect for jogging and trekking, and we loved the pool for relaxing. the restaurant and bar provided outstanding meals and wine from the region. the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options.
The lack of air conditioning in the standard rooms was a minor inconvenience during the summer months.

The Spa facilities were wonderful, very clean and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant menu had a great variety of dishes and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the hotel was located in a scenic area with beautiful hiking trails nearby.
The room we were given didn't match our expectations. The bathroom was outdated and we found it to be unclean.

My Christmas stay was amazing! the hotel's location in the middle of the forest was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. I loved the cozy and traditional decoration, which made me feel at home. the staff was very attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast buffet was rich and delicious with plenty of options to choose from. the best part was the spa facilities, which were clean and well-maintained. I also enjoyed the gym, which had modern equipment and plenty of space.
The room I booked was smaller than expected. I was disappointed by the lack of space but the room was otherwise clean and comfortable.
